π£ Local Businesses β Can We Bring Students for a Workplace Visit? π
At Thomas Knyvett College, weβre looking for local businesses and entrepreneurs who would be happy to host a small group of students (around 12) for a short workplace visit.
To minimise disruption to learning, weβre hoping to arrive at workplaces around 3:30pm, so students can see the environment, meet staff, and learn how real businesses operate.
Weβd love students to learn about:
πΌ The different jobs in your business
π€ How teams work together (e.g. marketing, finance, operations)
π· How businesses make money and stay successful
β The skills and attitudes employers look for
A visit of around 60β90 minutes would have a big impact and help students connect their Business Studies learning to the real world.
If youβd be open to hosting us β or want to find out more β please get in touch.
