The main thing is that you are passionate about improving students’ life chances and capable of contributing to a highly effective and supportive teaching team and our extensive enrichment programme. We offer an excellent NQT programme along with an ‘NQT Welcome Bonus’.
As well as teaching your specialist subject, we encourage our staff to become involved in the wider life of the school, participating in sports, arts and other activities both at home and abroad. These things enrich the lives of our students and promote productive and positive relationships throughout the school. We know how important these are to our success.
